MOTHER DENIM X YE OLD CHINA POTTERY PAINTING CLASS

I recently got to hang out with the cool folks at Mother Denim and Ye Olde China for a pottery painting session at Studio Pottery London. As someone who had never tried their hand at this before, I was a bit scared but also super excited to get creative. Nick Dynan from Ye Olde China was an awesome teacher, walking us through all the tips and techniques for decorating ceramics.

The project for the day was painting a swear jar, a collab between Mother and Ye Olde China. Of course, being a denim fanatic, I went with a blue glaze for my design. Let me tell you, it's way trickier than it looks to get those clean lines on the 3D surface! But it was so satisfying to slowly see my jar come to life with color and personality.
